  • HCP profiles fixing for polycarbonate ) hermetically link polycarbonate sheets and attach them to the structural supports of the base structure. They can be used for all types of structures and they are almost invisible in the connection spots and lintels of tunnel greenhouses and overhangs.
    Divisible profile (HCP-D and HCP-U) for connecting

    polycarbonate sheets. With the help of these profiles, it is quick and easy to attach the polycarbonate panel to the frame of the structure, at the same time connecting the panels to each other.
    HCP profile consists of 2 parts:

    • bottom part- base and
    • top, final part - lid.

    HCP connection profile may be used to connect 4 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, and 10 mm thick polycarbonate sheets.

    Assembly:1.

    Connect the bottom part (base of the profile) to the longitudinal frame supports of the base. Drill holes after every 30 cm into the base (the diameter of the holes should be slightly bigger than the diameter of the screw to be used).

    Screw the base to the frame of the structure. On both sides of the base place the edges of the polycarbonate sheets so that they are supported by the base whilst leaving free space for the movement of panels that happens when the external temperature changes (during hot weather the panels expand 3-5 mm depending on the width and thickness).

    Attach polycarbonate sheets;
    Place the top, the final part (lid) on. Fasten the lid in a suitable position over the entire length of the profile, lightly pressing or using a wooden hammer until you hear a click.

    Positions of HCP polycarbonate profiles -
    The HCP profile has dents in two levels that allow connecting 4 mm and 6 mm polycarbonate sheets in the bottom position and 8 mm and 10 mm sheets (panels) in the top position.
