Thermal washers (  fixing for polycarbonate ) are a universal fastening for cellular polycarbonate.

They have a dual purpose:

- directly attaches polycarbonate to the lathes;

- is a great heat insulator of the fastening spot and a barrier to cold and precipitation getting into construction, thus protecting the sheet from damage.

Thermal washers of polycarbonate allow attaching cellular polycarbonate to the supporting frame directly through the sheet. The thermal washers of polycarbonate allow the sheet to expand thermally due to heat. This happens thanks to an enlarged hole in the polycarbonate sheet and a neoprene gasket that is included in the delivery kit of the washer. The main fastening element of the thermal washer is a self-tapping screw that fastens the sheet to the lathing. Thermal washers of polycarbonate can effectively prevent "cold bridges" as opposed to the traditional type of fastening - self-tapping screw with metal washers.

Besides, the thermal washer ( fixing for polycarbonate ) is very easy to use - the self-tapping screw is covered from above with a special cap that covers the surface very tightly.
